Jim Custer, MAS, entered the promotional products industry in 1984. He founded Results by Objective International in 1993, after watching companies spend tens of thousands of dollars – year after year – on awareness and promotional products without any measurable impact on their bottom line profits.

Now doing business as the ROI Performance Group, ROI determines how best to reach the target audience, and then analyzes each campaign’s success afterward. This way, our clients know how effective the program was, as well as where to focus future efforts.
